Corylus avellana (Hazel Nut) Oil, Camelina Sativa (Camelina) Oil, Helichrysum italicum (Helichrysum) Essential Oil, Citrus bergamia (Bergamot) Essential Oil, Boswellia Serrata (Frankincense) Essential Oil.

Directions:
- This oil is recommended for your nighttime routine.
- Clean and dry your hands. Apply 2 droppers portion size of the oil in your
palms and rub your palms together to get the oil warm. Then apply oil on your face and
massage the oil on your face in a circular motion for 60 seconds. Making sure you get
your neck and upper chest. Then with a warm damp cloth wipe off the oil on your face.
Follow up with a toner, then a foaming facial cleanser, cleansing for about 60 seconds.
Pat face dry. Follow up with a toner then a nighttime moisturizer.
